Shipping
All Topdeck Hero shipping is done using Canada Post services.  Topdeck Hero takes responsibility for all orders arriving at the post office and to be shipped properly. Once given to Canada Post, Topdeck Hero is no longer responsible for any error made by Canada Post, not limited to lost mail, once orders have been sent. We strongly recommend the use of Tracked Shipping on all orders. Regular Ground options doesn’t include any tracking or insurance.

In-Store Pickup
For all In-Store Pick-Up orders, Topdeck Hero offers a 5% Store-Credit refund on any Magic Singles purchased and prepaid online, if the order is pick up next day after 4pm.  To claim this promotion, simply mention it to the clerk when pick-up your order.  As our inventory is in-store, it is also possible to pick-up earlier than that delay without our Store-Credit back promotion.


Pricing
Prices are at the sole discretion of Topdeck Hero Games’ administration and may vary without notice.  If you believe there is an error in our pricing and find a better deal elsewhere, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to be as competitive as possible, within reason.

Store Limits
Our focus is our clients’ satisfaction and to make our product available to everyone. Therefore, following the limits of the game, only 4 copies of any given MTG Single with the same product name will be allowed in orders from a single client within a 24 hour period. While this is not automated, as it is impossible to manage with our current system due to the number of prints and conditions to track, TopdeckHero.com reserves the right to void and refund any quantity of items over the aforementioned amount. Please refer to the refunds policy in this situation.  We will make exceptions with Basic Lands and other cards that override this rule of the game (AS Relentless Rats).

Also, following WOTC policies, any Sealed Magic Products may only be shipped within Canada.

Taxes
Taxes will be adjusted and charged on checkout according to the selected shipping address for Canadian residents, following our Tax Table.  Without any shipping address available, taxes are calculated as if you were located in Quebec, Canada :

Store-Credit
Topdeck Hero's store credit is mostly available through our Tradelist.  As Topdeckhero always tries to give the best price for your cards, credit may only be spent on Regular-Priced items or Daily Deals.  Store-Credit can’t be used on Magic Sealed product tournaments (draft and sealed events), Topdeck Hero Series tournaments, Magic Sealed Products or any other ongoing promotion. 

We are simply trying to be fair, as many promotions can lead to our cards being bought-in for more than we are selling them.  We must put this policy in place to be able to offer the best value we can for our players.

As we are limited by our current system and can't have it limit the use of store credit, using store credit with any items or promotion for which the store-credit use is prohibited may result in the payment being refunded and the transaction being put on hold until a proper payment is made or if the client decides to void the order.

Promotions
Promotions may not be combined. If this situation occurs, it may result in the payment being refunded and the transaction being put on hold until a proper payment is made or the client decides to void the order.

Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are not possible on order if processed or on preorders when placed and reserved through our Distrubution channels.

Refunds are possible on tracked shippings, for missing cards and for grading errors. If this happens, you can reach us by phone, Facebook or email.  We may ask you for additional documents such as pictures of the shipped cards or we may ask you to return the items before processing to refunds.  We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the necessary documents.  This process can take up to a week in addition to all shipping delays.

Responsibility
Topdeck Hero is not responsible for any errors made by third party services.  This includes and is not limited to: Postal Services and Card Processing services. We will work with you at the best of our capacity for whatever situation linked to our services.
